Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for or using our astrology website and membership services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
1. About Us
We are a UK-based astrology website operator offering horoscope readings, astrological charts, and related content to members worldwide. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to the site operator.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available to users aged 13 and over. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate accounts where this requirement is not met.
3. Membership and Registration
To access our full services, you must register as a member by providing the following:
- A valid email address (required)
- Your date of birth (required)
- Your birth location (optional)
- Your birth time (optional)
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Optional birth details (birth location and birth time) may be added to or removed from your account at any time through your account settings.
4. Subscription and Payments
Some or all of our services may be offered on a paid subscription basis. Subscription fees will be clearly displayed before you commit to a purchase.
All payments are processed by GoCardless, our authorised payment service provider. By subscribing, you authorise GoCardless to collect payments on our behalf in accordance with your chosen billing cycle. We do not store your payment card or bank details. GoCardless's own terms of service apply to the payment processing relationship.
Subscription fees are charged in advance. Continued use of a paid service constitutes acceptance of the applicable fee.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
We are committed to complying with applicable UK consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Cooling-off period: If you purchase a subscription as a consumer based in the UK or European Economic Area, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase (the "cooling-off period") without giving a reason, and to receive a full refund. However, if you request that we begin providing the service during this period and you have expressly acknowledged that your right to cancel may be affected, a proportionate deduction may be made for services already delivered.
Cancellation after the cooling-off period: After the 14-day cooling-off period, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be given for unused time within a billing period unless required by law.
Faulty or unsatisfactory service: If our service is not delivered as described, you may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. Please contact us to discuss your concerns.

6. Nature of Astrological Content — Important Disclaimer
All horoscopes, astrological readings, charts, and related content provided through our service are intended for entertainment and informational purposes only. Astrology is not a science, and our content does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to financial, legal, medical, psychological, or personal relationship advice.
We expressly disclaim all responsibility and liability for any decisions made, actions taken, or consequences arising from your use of or reliance on any astrological content provided through our service. You use such content entirely at your own discretion and risk.
We strongly encourage users to seek qualified professional advice for all important life decisions.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our site or services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content for commercial purposes without permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these acceptable use conditions.

9. Availability of Service
We aim to provide a reliable and continuous service, but we do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times. We may suspend or withdraw the site for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice where possible.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your use of our service
- We are not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on astrological content provided through our service
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with our service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide you with additional rights.
If you are a consumer located outside the United Kingdom, you may also have additional rights under the laws of your country of residence.
